For any advance bookings, advance payment is essential to confirm the reservation.

All bookings will be confirmed against 100% advance payment and realization of cheques. Advance Bookings should be confirmed one month ( or less than one month ) prior to the arrvial date. No refund will be entertained after check in or on the date of the booking given any circumstances. In case of No Show, the entire amount will be charged as retention. Any cancellation/amendment made after booking done, the full advance amount will be forfeited.

All the rights reserved with the management to make changes in the policy as and when required. The management reserves right to cancel the booking as and when required.
